I always feel like I’m chewing on a Nappy when I eat it .. so rough .. so rigid … and so needy .. you basically need to massage it better than a 90 minute Swedish Remedial to make it somewhat supple… and agreeable .. which actually does sound a lot like myself , so despite being the human equivalent of KALE , I simply don’t get the hype .

I do appreciate it being the Gateway Vegetable (insert WEED joke here) for healthy living . but the same way a stoner can get locked into the monotony of lighting up daily “just cos” I think the other vegetables have been overlooked (this is not an incentive to try various drugs, this is just poor writing on my behalf… please stick to BUTTON mushrooms)

Jennifer Di Noia of William Paterson University, looked at 17 important nutrients naturally occuring in food (fiber, protein, potassium, Vitamin A, B12, D) and calculated how much of those nutrients were found in a 100-calorie serving. The results are interesting. Watercress ranks as the most nutrient-rich vegetable, while other leafy greens like chard, chicory and lettuce rank well. Turnips, sweet potatoes and grapefruits performed worse.

What do you do?

I’ve got a case of the octopus hands and a runaway creative brain so always liked to do more than one thing.
I work with clients Coaching and Tarot Reading. I had quite the tough adventure in my early 20’s and I work from everything that it taught me and then side by side with that I tune in to all my clients and know how to help them. Just give us a quick sentence of explanation for the services you offer?

I see myself as being able to shove people back into their skin (but that doesn’t sound so eloquent on a business card). I want everyone to know it’s ok not to feel ok, learn how to find their own balance through self-knowledge and awareness and reclaim their personal power.

At a base level I have (from having always felt weird and not understood) a huge passion to help people feel less alone.

You do coaching; What’s the most common issues people are coming to you about?

Everyone has the exact same set of fears just packaged up in entirely unique ways.
I see a lot of people with anxiety and types of unprocessed traumas. I also work as a bit of a big sister to those new to their own spiritual connection. I help people get to know their inner dialogue and shift fearful thoughts and negative mindsets. My clients are usually at a point of change and are feeling a bit lost. I guide them in locating why and help them rebuild their own reconnect the mind-body-spirit. My clients are also btw the best people ever met. It’s eye opening and heart warming to hang out with them.

If you could tell your 23 year old self something… what would it be?

“You aren’t crazy – everything is exactly how it is supposed to be.”

Now we’re a health blog, you’re very in touch with your core self and body, how does that inform your health and eating habits ?

I have learned to listen to body from having had and recovered from chronic illness and PTSD in the past. I know when I’m in and out of balance, instantly. I think it’s so easy for people to be overwhelmed by what to eat or how to live and if you take it down to the basics it’s so much easier and you will feel better. Learn about yourself and go from there. Like Kale may be cool but if you are intolerant to it then it’s not going to be your superhero.

I have an autoimmune thyroid disorder called Hashimotos and so everything is aligned to care for it. If I don’t look after myself or I get stressed then I get quite ill, quickly.

At the heart of everything I just don’t want to feel shit! so I’m super passionate about being kind and interested in myself. Every day I just endeavor to at least try.

What are the 5 healthy life tips you do daily?

– I have a morning practice that involves committing to sitting down on a cushion and valuing my time, so I start everyday with writing, drawing, tarot or just remembering to breathe. This is my balancing thread that holds me together.
– I connect in some way with someone that I love. I’m an introvert and I love spending time on my own and so I have to remember to send antennae out.
– I try and move in some way – Pilates and walking suits me but even often it’s just stretching out into a great starfish shape in my bed.
– Feel all my feelings and know they are ok.
– Honour my creativity. If I don’t paint or make something I feel sad and mad.

Tell us for real.. is there anything into newspaper horoscopes ?

Having done some ghost writing of horoscopes in the past I was certainly up to my eyeballs in transits, planets and all the detail! But, I was working with the coolest people…. So I can’t tell you for sure but certainly in the papers it’s watered down and you see a tiny snippet, and that will only inspire people to think its nonsense.
If you want to really want to get it, study your own chart, an exact map of the sky when you were born. I’ve never seen anyone do that and not be at least a lot in awe. It’s a beautiful, especially for self-development. Destiny is your partner in crime.

What is the process behind creating your in-depth and insightful Tarotscope readings ?

My process is that I sit with my cards and energetically tune into the readers for who I am writing for and then pick a card for each sign. Then I sit and channel them aka I just start typing until I’ve finished. Practical magic. (You can read my monthlies on thenuminous.net and get a free 2014 scope from my site!)

Now. We’re all thinking it and sure you’ve been asked a million times, any spooky stories ?

I can talk to dead people?
Probably everything I experience is spooky, but to me it’s just how it is, and it’s awesome. Having said that I LOVE spooky stories, the old-fashioned horror movie kind and I like history.
I’m hoping my future husband is going to tell me ghost stories and at the same time be cool with the idea that they are probably also listening to him read the story. (Hello?)

I digress though, here is one for you.

When I was 17 I woke up one night and there was a woman standing by my bed. She was clear as day and watching me, but not in a scary way, she had a kind of sweet aunt vibe too her. So I was like cool a ghost, or what I’d call an apparition now, as it’s different to how I see spirits now.
The great thing is that I grew up in a house over 400 years old. So it transpired that over the years people would pop by because their great great uncle so and so lived there and we would let them look around. Every person who has ever come or knew our house would ask, “Have you seen the ghost?” and my Mum would say yes my daughter has, and we all has the same exact description of her. OOOooooooOOOOooo. Apparently three sisters used to share the house and they were known for watching over whoever lived there. I always thought it was cool, the house had the best vibes.

My mum also would also, very often hear a chorus singing in the attic.

Something else. When I dream that someone I know is crying then they always are in life, I check on them – I’ve never had this be wrong. It’s lovely and sad all at the same time

The Nightmare Of Not Sleeping

Lately in the health and wellness realms the idea of food as medicine is old hat. And now after thurough research a growing concern for the health habits of the current human population is being pointed to as the leading causes is everything from weight gain to chronic illness so basically it all starts with SLEEP.

SO what are the QUICK SAD FACTS:
-We sleep on an average 6.8 hours as opposed to 9 hours a century ago (shittt)
-Sleep is intricately connected to various hormonal and metabolic processes in the body and is important in maintaining metabolic homeostasis (mega shitt)
-Epidemiological data increasingly suggests that short sleep duration or chronic partial sleep deprivation may increase the risk of type II diabetes. (woopsie)
-Studies also revealed that chronic sleep deprivation (sleep less than 8 hours) was associated with increase in BMI. (that’s fat ladies)
-Loss of sleep or poor quality sleep over time has been associated with high blood pressure
-Long term studies on large number of shift workers suggested increase in breast and colon cancers

HOW DO YOU HACK YOUR SLEEP ?
REGULAR BEDTIME 
Waking and sleeping at regular times reinforces a consistent sleep rhythm and reminds the brain when to release those all-important sleep and wake hormones… yep this is called you circadian rhythm my dears .

The second most common cause of insomnia is blood sugar issues …90% of people are unaware of this problem until the detrimental effects begin to show . because we simply cant connect that the jumping your insulin levels all over the shop during the day seriously effects your hormones (INSULIN IS A HORMONE MY FRIENDS!!!)
This is happening if You’re eat every 2-3 hours all day (snacking and grazing have been debunked as that 90’s myth of increasing metabolism .. instead its 3 meals a day which regulate sugar levels in turn making your metabolism most efficient . ” this constant eating results your body expecting to get fed every 2-3 hours, right, sooo good luck going to bed at the end of the day and expecting to sleep through the night, youre going to wake up when your blood sugar drops enough for you body to release adrenaline and wake you up (probs HANGRY as F*ck)
TIPS TO COUNTERACT  THIS:
1. eat 3-4 square meals a day with no snacking .. like a human
2.Eat whole foods – avoid processed foods.
- your body understands these and utilizes them properly .. Gummy worms and Diet Coke … are basically completely alien to your insides
3. Eat Protein in the morning and carbs at night .. counter intuitive to what we previously thought .. but carbs in the evening of the SAFE KIND like root vegetables actually aid in the release of serotonin which switches on the signals to sleep (serotonin is the “happy” chemical yes, which also explains why depressed people also suffer from insomnia)
*NOTE a sweet potato , yam or white potato are the perfect carbs to keep blood sugar levels smooth sailing through the whole slumber session (a great book detailing this is Potato’s Not Prozac , a worthy read for any food addict or diabetic )

Research has demonstrated that nighttime light exposure suppresses the production of melatonin, the major hormone secreted by the pineal gland that controls sleep and wake cycles, so keep your room dark as possible , funnily enough a study also showed that even if a source of light was pointed at a sleeping persons foot (not in eyesight) the body start to cycle into the waking faze … WOW ! Nowadays we have so much light emitting form tech things like phones and computers , its worth downloading the FREE program – f.lux which switches you laptop screen to AMBER lights , enabling optimal circadian rhythm .. Interesting facts
1. if you feel a “tired but wired” sensation at night it means that the your cortisol (stress hormone) cycle is out of whack .. it should be high in the morning .. to get us out of bed .. and slowly lower till the evening to allow for melotonin to build inducing sleep

2. if your excuse for lack of sleep is needing to pee … its not ok .. waking up to pee is actually rather abnormal because our body produces hormones that stop us need to relive our selves at night

3.Better-reported sleep quality (longer duration and better quality sleep) was associated with greater fat loss during a calorie-restriction diet program in adults.

what personal diet philosophy do you follow (supplements/plant based/ancestral etc )  ? 

I think balance is the key and therefore don’t follow any diet that is too restrictive. However I will cook foods from scratch, using foods that are as close to nature as nature intended. This means my diet is naturally high in plant based foods and proteins.  I do believe that if you start from a foundation of wellness, a little of what you fancy is part of that balance. I guess it can be summarized by the 80/20 approach. I only take Food-state supplements as this is the way in which the body is attuned to receiving nutrients – not as synthetically generated isolates as found in many supplements. I see outstanding results from using these natural low dose nutrients both in my own health and my clients.

  • Start the day with a protein based breakfast. This has been shown to reduce erratic eating and energy levels during the day. A good example would be poached eggs and spinach on rye bread  or a quick protein smoothie of greek yoghurt, greens, frozen berries and chia seeds.
  • Eat lightly in the evenings at least 3 times per week. Many of us tend to eat our main meal at night. This is a time when digestion can be more sluggish so eating lighter at this time, gives the digestive tract a needed rest.

I  almost wrote snazzy . then I was like nah that doesn’t look right , then I was like sh*t did I already do this post on sleep . I can’t remember . me tired

So firstly lets chat circadian rhythm .. no that is not cicada’s with exceptional dance skills .. but that would be amazing .. are cicadas just crickets ? what are they .. for some reason they make me think of swamps .

(*note i just googled a cicada , its like a moth / cricket hybrid .. terrifying really)

so its a pretty serious thing , it has a direct affect of our hormones and mood . from every body of work i have looked at to every health guru,doctor and researcher will site sleep as the NUMBER ONE attribute of life that has the greatest effect on OVERALL HEALTH !

so whats up with our sleep at the moment ?

-stimulants are used regularly and without thought (yep that 3rd coffee by 2 pm is still f*cking your circadian rhythm come 10pm)
-lack of exercise (exercise has a direct affect on the hormones as well as energy cycles , as well as brain chemicals responsible for mood)
-lack of nutrients (magnesium is one of the most depleted nutrients in the modern diet and is in fact the greatest relaxant and most useful supplement to help with sleep disorders )

– indoor lifestyles , as the cicadian is immediately responsive to sunning the lack of which and the more artificial lights as well as not exposing yourself to sunlight upon waking (apparently every time you wake up you should run to a window/outside and open your eyes to the brightest outdoor light , this is the ultimate reset energy boost!)

1.How was the Numinous Born?

I first heard the word ‘Numinous’ – meaning ‘that which is unknown or unknowable’ – in conversation with my friend Shelley Von Strunckel, who is a very eminent astrologer and all ’round mystical oracle. I immediately fell in love with the concept of ‘the numinous’ – aren’t our interactions with the big un-namable sometimes our most profound experiences? – and thought it would be a brilliant name for a chic and fashionable magazine about the esoteric.Screen Shot 2013-12-02 at 15.47.15

2.You have some amazing contributors to the site , have you naturally sought out people with a similar outlook

on life , or have they been drawn to you ? basically where do you find these awesome people ?

I’m used to reaching out to people for interviews and commissioning writers – I have 15 years experience as a magazine editor behind me, so it sort of comes naturally! But I have been surprised and really delighted by the number of people who’ve also approached me about contributing to the site since I launched. It feels like people have been waiting for this platform to appear.

3.why do you think people have such a hard time seeing harmony with the “mystical” world and the hustle and bustle of “real” life ?

Because I think there is this very outdated idea that to be a spiritual being – i.e. connected to the mystical or divine – you need to sever you ties to the material world. But since the 1960s – the dawning of the Age of Aquarius – ideas about how we ‘should’ behave and what’s right for each individual have become much less rigid. We are all essentially spirit in human form, and we all experience the numinous –Asos.com addiction, high powered career in finance or not!

4.Can you give all the sceptics a few examples of tangible events or anecdotes where you’ve really seen how being more mindful can positively effect your life?

I wrote about a recent experience I had though my kundalini yoga practise here – it really blew my mind!

5.How does one stay spiritual , but still want to gain wealth and success .. i think people assume one detrimentally effects the other ?

(I feel like I answered this one above! But…) The older I get and the more I connect with the numinous, my definition of ‘success’ is changing. It used to mean being able to buy my first Marc Jacobs bag (a truly AWESOME moment), but these days success is more about the manifestation of my heart’s desires, and seeing the tangible results of my positive action in the world. Of course I still want Marc Jacobs bags, Marc Jacobs bags are beautiful, but by no means does this detract from my understanding of myself as a spiritual being.

6.Reading material ..what are some books thats have really helped you on your path?

I recently read Marianne Williamson’s ‘The Law of Divine Compensation’ – which gets into the subject above in a really accessibly way.

7.what part does nutrition play in your life?

Wow – what part doesn’t it play? I am a firm believer in ‘we are what we eat’ and definitely try to choose food that feeds my spirit as much as my body (seeing as the two are really one and the same). Which also means not getting too fanatical about anything food wise, which I think is easy to do when nutrition has become such a loaded and political subject.

8.this is a health blog, any go-to foods or supplements or even regimes that you swear by ? we want to know your secrets!!

I stopped eating meat about three years ago, around the same time I gave up coffee and sugar – and all three things have had a profound effect on my overall wellbeing. Ditching meat has dramatically improved my digestion, and without coffee I am more focussed, sleep better and have more sustained energy. As for sugar – it was like coming off drugs in terms of feeling less anxious and just more happy in general. Kind of amazing! I think I’ve actually got quite a sensitive system and I’m pretty tapped in to how different foods make me feel. On that tip, I also love the way my morning hot water and lemon is so very refreshing.

9.What is the first article you would advise someone to read .. if you could only choose the one! (i know its cruel) from The Numinous ?

 This is really hard! But I wrote a story on a workshop called ‘Becoming Your Own Psychic’ recently, which was sort of like a workout for your third eye. Developing my own intuition has been a big theme for me this year, and I think if we all paid more attention to what the ‘unseen’ – or numinous – is telling us, we’d all have an easier, more magical time. So I guess start here.

10.People cant seem to wrap their heads around tarot cards and star signs .. however we’ve all heard those spooky stories of premonitions and readings becoming reality , have you ever had an amazing experience ?

Louise Androlia, who writes the monthly Tarotscopes for the site, is very talented reader. Once I found myself wide awake at 4am, only to find out later that day that she had been doing a reading for me at exactly that time (she’s based in London, I’m in NYC) because she’d been called by spirit to do so. I woke again later to a a long and incredibly detailed email about exactly what I was going through that that moment in time, along with exactly the advice I needed. As for astrology, I see it more as a tool for self-awareness and personal development than a way to ‘predict’ the future. Learning to read into my chart, with the help of the Astro Twins – which I wrote about here – has helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses, as well as my relationships, so much better.

11.You worked in fashion… how do you traverse modern and mystical lives?

I try to combine the two! For example, I recently did a ‘psychic closet clear out‘ with my friend Psychic Betsy – so much fun! And when I recently bought myself a pair of tiny diamond earrings, I definitely saw it as a way of letting the Universe know I was ready for more abundance in my life…

12.Whats next for the Numinous ?

I have big plans for the site in 2014, all of which will be unveiled in due course! But coming up soon, a very cool line of apparel and a very different take on the traditional women’s mag “new year, new you” January diet. Watch this space!

13. the most testing emotional, spiritual and physical challenges come from relationships , what advice do you have for young women today in terms of being conscious in romantic relationships?

On a very practical level, knowing your astro chart and knowing theirs can be an incredible tool for understanding relationships – what works, what doesn’t and why (of course you also have to be willing to accept what you see). From my personal experience (I’ve been with my husband for 15 years, married for ten), always being my own person first, and being completely honest about that, is what works for me. In other words, never fake it and never pretend it’s working when you know it isn’t.

Her profiles are peppered with beautiful images of her Aruba abode  (yep she lives on a caribbean island FML ) her always-booked-out retreats , a slightly mental whippet named Ringo (he has an Instagram @ringo_thegringo ) as well as jaw dropping pictures of intricate poses mid-ocean .. on a PADDLE BOARD! – This my friends is called SUP yoga (Stand-Up Paddle board Yoga) and Rachel was one of the first people to pioneer the beautiful practice.
It may sound as though she’s living the good life , but Rachel takes her social media power seriously  and with great responsibility .. especially with helping her younger female fans accept their bodies .

DFH:  how did you start out as a yoga instructor? 

RB: I was practicing a lot and found myself one day thinking “if i was teaching this class, i’d do this or that different…” and shortly after that i started teaching to friends and the company i worked for while living in costa rica. i was teaching for a year before i did my first teacher training. when i moved to aruba i started teaching full time – there was no real yoga community on the island and i had a big space to fill! now the yoga community is thriving; it’s beautiful.

DFH:The single healthy tip EVERYONE should incorporate into their hectic lives? 

RB:Breathe deeply, drink more water and don’t make life as seriously as your mind wants it to be.

DFH:What makes you laugh ? 

RB:My puppies! All the time. Also, Seinfeld. Favorite show. Ever.

DFH:you have an amazing following, especially on social media sites like Instagram , whats your favourite image you have posted and why  ?

RB:I posted a “love your body love your soul” post a few months ago, describing some of my flaws (stretch makes, i like eating cheese in bed, i have oily skin) and  a couple weeks back a picture of my belly fat. Haha – yes – these is my favorite posts! i get such amazing response every time. I’m sick of seeing only picture perfect posts on instagram, like everyone’s lives are so damn perfect all the time. we choose what we portray. everyone has bad days, everyone feels inadequate from time to time.. and it can be quite intimidating seeing post after post of advanced yoga poses, fitness shots, beach… no one’s life looks like that all the time. i do my best to inspire people and still keep it real. the comments i get on these posts make me tear up, and i get flooded with emails. so much love from people who are just want to accept their bodies as they are.

DFH:how do you stay healthy whilst travelling ? 

i don’t always. i try to practice as much as i can – i always have my mat with me. i focus on drinking water. i do gentle stretches every morning and legs up the wall every evening to keep my body happy. i drink beer when i feel like it and never ever ever indulge in “guilty pleasures” – NO GUILT. EVER. Pleasure? Hell yes!

DFH: how would you advise people especially young girls to accept their bodies? 

RB:We have to change the way we see ourselves, not the way we eat. Instead of trying to change your body (lose weight, get fitter, slimmer whatever), focus on loving your body first – real change and healthy ways come from there. Stop feeling guilty about what you eat or how you act! I read a fitness magazine the other day and they had a segment called “you ate it? negate it?” – BULLSHIT! It’s stuff like that that promotes insane body images. like, “uh-oh, i accidentally indulged and enjoyed dessert after dinner, or birthday cake, or wine with my friends… How do i get rid of the guilt i feel – how much exercise do i need to do?”. It’s nuts. There are so many more important things in life than obsessing over calories or number on a scale. What do you love to do? What makes you feel good? What makes you really happy? Focus on this! Be happy, first. Don’t take your body so seriously. Life is much more fun when we relax and love ourselves the way we are.

DFH:Favourite Pose? 

RB:Double pigeon pose. Or legs up the wall pose. And handstands!

DFH:advice for people wanting to become yoga instructors? 

RB:Find your own voice. Don’t try to copy your past teachers, or an image of what you want to be as a teacher. Find what makes you unique and use that as a teacher.

Squeaky Clean Juice Feasting …Courtesy Of Fruveju Organic Cold Pressed Juice

Well well well, its a seasonal shift , and you know what that means ! ITS JUICE CLEANSING TIME !!
I was Lucky enough (or spoilt ,whatever) to be given the opportunity to do a three day juice cleanse with new juice baby company Fruveju  , they dont juice babies , but they are newly established (i was going to say fresh but my puns are too much sometimes)

 I chose the EVOLVE cleanse because i’m super evolved (side note , i know you hate these anecdotes but when I was younger I had a tooth that never came through and my dentist told me it was because in evolution humans are getting fewer and fewer teeth, so I am more evolved .. unfortunately i was bestowed by the older boys at school with the nickname “The Pirate”)

I have to say from personal experience I find it hard to differentiate one juice cleanse from another , green juice here , carrot juice there , celery EVERYWHERE (why!).. so I was kinda expecting the same old thing…

this little cleanse had some unusual characters !  it was like an ensemble cast from a Garry Marshall Film (he did New Years Eve & Valentines Day if you are living under a rock sheesh)

I came to this one with trepidation, i’d heard of this combination because of The Master Cleanse and wasn’t keen on an al caliente kinda beverage . but the coconut nectar (so glad to not see AGAVE for once!) and the fresh lemon was so precisely blended the kick only came at the end but nothing lasting .. so basically you get the benefits of the epic cleansing minus the face grimace . arrribbaaa

The Whole-istic One

aghh the all round good guy , the one you expect .. the green guy . it wasn’t too sweet but not too bland .. just what you would expect , I had 4 bottles a day .. its so nutrient packed that you don’t really crave anything , nor do you get those pangs of hunger or the tired lows .. he’s a sneaky little guru . he makes the cleanse sustainable .. truly

This wasn’t actually on my cleanse but I was given a bottle to try .. and thank f*ck .. Its so simple- just watermelon and lime , its now on my list of top juices EVER ! I found myself sipping it in bed and smiling , its like eating sweets but without the guilt . I cant even describe the deliciousness .. on the website they go on and on about the benefits ” Watermelon contains the amino acids citrulline and arginine, which help promote healthy arteries, blood flow and cardiovascular function” but its so unessesary because its like a guilt free cocktail,you’d drink it even if it wasn’t so good for you.

Again this one wasn’t on my juice cleanse but I was given a bottle any whoo .. called the Red Pineapple it features pineapple, red apple, carrots, beets, ginger.  I was so thankful that the ginger didnt have that overtaking zest most gingery juices has.. people go mental on the ginger in a juice .. its like why!! its so strong .. my throats on fire . anyway its an all round good guy .. I was actually getting the ol’ tickle throat when I started the cleanse so nailed this bad boy and the tickly throat turned into .. nothing! I think from all the bromelain (anti inflammatory in pineapple) Vit C (beets) antibiotic properties (ginger) its def a juice to put down in the Food As Medicine Book. 

The Creamy Dreamy One

Oh.Mah.Gawd this is a game changer , Fruveju had perfected the cleanse and a lot has to do with this little bad boy, it tastes like a creamy tangy almost yogurty milkshake .. its just sweet and thick enough .. I’m literally “mmmmmhhmmm”ing recalling it .. I don’t even know why someone isn’t selling cartons of cashew milk .. almond milk can go bl*ow itself .. 1. Food is more important than nutrients. “The whole apple is far more than the sum of its parts,” Dr. Campbell says. Looking at a food as just a list of calories, protein, calcium, and Vitamin C, etc., is not enough. Taking a supplement for each nutrient in an apple, for example, is not the same as eating one (see numbers 2-4).

2. Nutrients in food vary immensely. So, if you want to eat exactly 1,000 mg of calcium each day, good luck. One handful of beans does not contain the same amount as another, even if nutrition facts claim it does. Beta-carotene in some foods can vary three- to nineteen-fold, and one study found it varied forty-fold in peaches.

Your body knows what it’s doing! Dr. Campbell argues that while the complexities of nutrient interactions sound complicated and discouraging, the body is actually doing a great job at making what you eat work for you. In the end, he says, you can eat a whole foods, plant-based diet that’s heavy on veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, whole grains, beans, and legumes and short on processed foods, animal products, added salt, oil, and sugar, with balanced carbs, protein, and fat, and the rest will take care of itself. “In short, your body is constantly monitoring and adjusting the concentrations of nutrients in the food you consume in order to turn massive variability into the narrower ranges it requires to be healthy.” —Lisa Elaine Held

Drop The Idea Of Protein Being A Meat Thing

Although I don’t eat meat I am so aware that people do need it because of their constitution and I completely believe in the organic farming industry . However I do have a slight issue (does anyone care about my issues?!?) with the regularity in which people consume animal products .
