Stress , ahh stress.. its such a f*cker .
basically if you aren’t “Eating well, getting proper rest, staying active, writing down what you’re grateful for and maintaining social connection” you’re stressed.. so we’re basically all in chronic stress…
when we stress we tax our adrenals (responsible for energy regulation) and we release CORTISOL or the stress hormone , the effects of chronic elevated cortisol read as a deadly list
and the symptoms you have high cortisol ( we all do you don’t even needs this friggin list )
but there are herbal remedies to allow your body to regulate and cope .. and these little treasures are called ADAPTOGENS .. and they do just that they ADAPT (oh gen?!? who’s gen.. whatever)
