Drop The Idea Of Protein Being A Meat Thing

This is possibly the most annoying thing I ever hear.. “but if i don’t eat meat/ animal productsIi wont have enough protein!!’

“All vegetables have protein. In fact, calorie for calorie, spinach is more protein rich than beef. While 100 calories of ground beef has 10 grams of protein, 100 calories of fresh baby spinach has 12 grams.”

the above quote comes from an article on Natural News about how to Beat Inflammation  CLICK IT HERE

It details why its important to lessen your meat consumption-along with refined sugars and carbs due to there acidity . AND IS JUST A GREAT READ !

Although I don’t eat meat I am so aware that people do need it because of their constitution and I completely believe in the organic farming industry . However I do have a slight issue (does anyone care about my issues?!?) with the regularity in which people consume animal products . BASICALLY IF YOURE EATING SOME KIND OF ANIMAL PRODUCT AT EVERY MEAL , YOU NEED TO REASSESS YOUR DIET! for the sake of your insides, your heart, PH level , energy levels and all round health

  1. This is a great post, visuals and mentality is bang on!!
I was at one point that meat head mentality, so I can appreciate all the incredible benefits, and non-issues of digestive upset that high animal based proteins can cause in our digestive systems vs. plant-based protein rich diet regime! THANK YOU!
